This legal notice regulates the use of www.ccipf.pt (hereinafter “the Site”) that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Portugal-Philippines makes available to Internet users (hereinafter “CCIPF”).
The CCIPF is a non-profit entity, headquartered at Avenida da República nº 41, 4th, 1050-187 Lisbon, Portugal, and CPF number 516992180.

CCIPF provides you with the use of or access to the Site, as well as to the services made available by CCIPF or third parties.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Use of or access to the Site means that you accept these terms and conditions. You must use the Site in accordance with this Legal Notice and applicable Portuguese Laws.
You may freely use or access the Site, except for those parts that are not available or require prior user registration.
You guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of the data provided to CCIPF. CCIPF is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of such information.
You must refrain from using any service for illicit purposes or means that may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate or prevent the use of the services, computers, documents, files and all types of content stored on any computer or server ( “hacking”), belonging to CCIPF, or to any other users, including Internet users (“hardware” and “software”).
You undertake to correctly use the content of the Site, including, but not limited to, texts, images, graphics, images, icons, technologies, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes. in accordance with this Legal Notice and the applicable Portuguese Laws.
In particular, you undertake to refrain from: reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly communicating, altering or modifying the content of the Site, unless expressly authorized by CCIPF or arising from an applicable law; suppress, manipulate or otherwise alter the copyright and other rights reserved to CCIPF or the holder, fingerprints or any other technical means established for their recognition; access or attempt to access the contents, through means or methods other than those made available or presented on the websites where the contents are located or, in general, those regularly used on the Internet.
The CCIPF will delete any information or content that may disrupt the functioning of the Site or be contrary to national or international laws in force.

It is expressly forbidden for users and all persons who intend to establish a link between their website and www.ccipf.pt : reproduce the Site’s home page; create a frame on the Site pages; make false, inaccurate or incorrect statements on the Site pages or services; imply that CCIPF has authorized the link or that it has undertaken the services offered or made available through the Site; reproduce any distinctive sign owned by CCIPF, unless expressly authorized to do so; reproduce content contrary to any third party rights, or illegal information or illegal content.
5.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Content of the Site: texts, images, brands, logos, audio and video files, buttons, software files, color combinations, as well as the structure, arrangement and presentation of its contents are the property of CCIPF or third parties and are protected by Portuguese and international legislation on intellectual property. The reproduction of part or all of its contents, in any form, is prohibited, except in accordance with this Legal Notice and the applicable Laws of Portugal.
The content of the Site qualifies as computer software and is covered by the protection granted by Portuguese and EU laws.
Use of the Site does not imply any transfer of exploitation rights beyond those strictly necessary for its correct use.

CCIPF shall not be liable for damages of any nature relating to:

– Lack of availability or continuity of the Site or services.
– Fallibility of the website or service and failure to access the different pages or those through which the services are provided.
– Operation of technical connection devices (such as, among others, banners and buttons), directories and search tools that allow Users to access websites owned or managed by third parties. The sole purpose of these technical devices is to facilitate the search and access by Users to information, content and services available on the Internet.
– Quality, legality, reliability and usefulness of the information, content and services on the Site or on linked sites.
– Use of services and content by users.
– Lack of veracity, strength and/or authenticity of the information provided by users to other users.

8. NOTIFICATIONS
All notifications made by you or third parties to CCIPF will be considered effective whenever they are sent by mail to CCIPF, at Avenida da República nº 41, 4º, 1050-187 Lisbon, Portugal or by email through this Website.
If the notification refers to the carrying out of illegal activities or the violation of intellectual property rights, the sender must attach documentation proving the fact, as well as an express declaration of its veracity.
9. DURATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
CCIPFreserves the right to suspend its services at any time, especially to Users who violate this Legal Notice.
10. LANGUAGE, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
In the event of any divergence of interpretation, the Portuguese version of this Legal Notice will prevail over all others. This Legal Notice and all relationships established with CCIPF are governed by current Portuguese legislation. Any dispute will be resolved by the Courts of the District of Lisbon.
